Bubble Developer Team Lead

Company Overview:
recostseg.com is seeking a highly skilled Bubble Developer Team Lead to spearhead the development of complex client-facing software. This role requires expertise in Bubble, full-stack development, and project management, with the ability to transition advanced Google Sheets workbooks into a robust custom software solution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, build, and implement a scalable software solution using Bubble, ensuring a smooth transition from Google Sheets to a custom-built system.
• Project Leadership: Manage and lead a small team (2-4 developers) while maintaining a hands-on approach to development.
• Database Structuring: Architect and optimize databases to support complex functionalities and user access controls.
• AI Integration: Explore and implement AI modeling capabilities where applicable.
• API & Third-Party Integrations: Connect software with HubSpot and other necessary platforms using JSON, JavaScript, and App Scripts.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to deliver a high-quality end product.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct regular check-ins (1-2 times per week) with recostseg.com leadership to align on progress, roadblocks, and next steps.
• Scalability Planning: Strategically plan for team growth and feature expansion as the platform evolves.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing applications with Bubble.io
• Strong full-stack development capabilities
• Expertise in database structuring and optimization
• Hands-on experience with API connections, JSON, JavaScript, and App Scripts
• Previous experience managing a development team or leading technical projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Understanding of controlled user access systems
• Experience working as a contractor or in a project-based environment preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI integration and agent-based modeling
• Background in migrating complex spreadsheets into automated software
• Familiarity with HubSpot integrations
