Role Overview:
As our Ecommerce/Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our ecommerce business running smoothly. You’ll support order fulfillment, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, sales reporting, and more—acting as the connective tissue between operations, marketing, and customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to grow in ecommerce and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce & Operations Support
- Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, including product listings, inventory tracking, and order management.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, accurate inventory, and seamless restocking.
- Monitor automated support responses and escalate issues to the sales or customer service teams when needed.
- Handle order issues, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
Sales Reporting & Admin
- Track ecommerce performance and compile regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and customer insights.
- Assist with data entry, light analysis, and maintaining internal documentation.
- Use Excel and ecommerce platforms to create and manage reports (Shopify, Google Sheets, etc.).
Customer Experience & Bespoke Requests
- Support bespoke inquiries by fielding responses and ensuring they’re routed appropriately.
- Help maintain a high level of customer experience by proactively monitoring service touchpoints.
Marketing & Community Support (Secondary Priority)
- Light support with influencer outreach and gifting.
- Assist with basic community management tasks, working closely with Sheri on social initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with data tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), order management tools, and vendor coordination.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- A self-starter who thrives in a small team and can identify and act on process gaps.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Google Workspace.
- Exposure to influencer marketing or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- An interest in fashion, jewelry, or consumer retail.
