Role Overview:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist. In this contract role, you’ll be responsible for operating the day-to-day of our outbound engine — sending email sequences, repurposing content, and keeping prospect data up-to-date. Your primary mission is to make sure every touchpoint reaches the right audience at the right time and to manage engagements through these activities to drive meetings for our customer solutions team

Responsibilities:

  • Email Operation & Reporting – schedule and send pre-written email sequences; understand and organize metrics weekly; pursue engagements to schedule meetings.
  • LinkedIn Outreach – operate LinkedIn messaging campaigns, manage responses, and build social media presence.
  • List Generation – enrich lists by researching targeted accounts and sourcing key prospects.
  • Content Support – upload videos, turn social posts into short website articles, and other content support.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 yrs of experience in operating email tools in B2B, with experience operating outbound sequence tools.
  • Comfortable with reporting and communicating necessary KPIs.
  • Experience researching and growing targeted prospect lists.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to overlap 2–3 hrs/day with US Eastern time and follow established playbooks—this is an execution, not a strategy, role.
  • 1-2 years of B2B experience, high preference in transportation, mining, natural resources, and other related industries.
  • Experience with inbound customer phone calls, dealing with live customers.
