The Role:
 
We’re looking for a dedicated and personable full-time Customer Success Manager, or as we call it, a Google Ads Strategist, to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for clients and to develop effective Google Ads strategies that align with their goals. Previous experience as a Google Ads Media Buyer for e-commerce is required.

Also, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pay-per-click (mostly Google Ads) and knowledge of Analytics tools, as well as of the e-commerce industry. You will be helping our Head of Client Service, develop a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships.

Requirements:
    • 2+ years of proven work experience with Google Ads in the e-Commerce sector
    • Deep understanding of key eCommerce-related metrics
    • 2+ years of proven work experience in a Customer Service role
    • Fluent in English, written and spoken
    • Previous experience in digital agency is preferred
    • Highly self-motivated, efficient, and organized
    • Eager to Learn and attention to details
Responsibilities:
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Develop and implement scaling strategies
  • Stay on top of Google Ads accounts, making sure campaigns meet required KPIs
  • Collaborate with Media Buyers to develop Google Ads strategies to meet required KPIs
  • Prepare and Review Google Ads reports, making sure they include important and necessary information
  • Helping our Head of Client Service to improve retention goals
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to the Google Ads platform
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels so clients and team are aware of the current situation.
  • Drive Google Ads Accounts strategy geared towards achieving or exceeding client growth goals.
