About the Role 🚀
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant & Customer Service professional to support both our customer experience and marketing teams. You’ll respond to customer inquiries, assist with influencer gifting, engage with fans on social media, and help produce eye-catching marketing materials. 💬 What You’ll Do
🛎 Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via helpdesk and social media
- Troubleshoot order issues and manage replacement requests
- Monitor WMS for fulfillment issues, backorders, and returns
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure smooth delivery and resolutions
- Share customer feedback and help identify ways to enhance the support experience
🛍 Shopify Admin Support
- Update product listings, titles, descriptions, and images
- Monitor website performance and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Assist with e-commerce projects that support marketing and customer experience
📣 Marketing Support & Community Engagement
- Coordinate monthly influencer gifting and brand ambassador campaigns 🎁
- Track influencer outreach, gifting, and engagement using spreadsheets
- Manage social interactions: reply to comments, DMs, and engage with our community ❤️
- Design engaging marketing materials for social media, email, and promotions using Canva (advanced) or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 🎨
- Help maintain brand consistency across platforms through visually appealing content
- Support the marketing team with admin tasks such as scheduling, note-taking, and general coordination
✨ What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, social media engagement, or influencer coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- Strong design skills using Canva (advanced) and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Shopify admin experience is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote setup
- Creative, team-oriented, and excited about building community around a growing brand
