Our client is a growing B2B company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality, designer lighting solutions for commercial spaces, interior designers, architects, and real estate professionals.

They are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, and driven Sales Development Representative. The role involves lead generation through cold calling, managing a CRM system, creating quotations via Shopify, and interacting with the backend team to complete sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a B2B sales professional with 3-4 and plus years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation via Cold Calling: Actively generate leads and engage in cold calling (approximately 100-150 leads per day) to initiate sales conversations and qualify prospects, until the Pipeline is filled. (Approximately 1000-1200 leads)

  • CRM Management: Use the company’s CRM system (KOMMO) to manage and communicate with leads effectively. Ensure timely follow-up and tracking of all lead interactions.

  • Quotation Creation: Create and send quotations using the Shopify system, ensuring all customer details and requirements are accurately represented.

  • Collaborate with Backend Team: Work closely with the backend team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

  • Daily Lead Nurturing: Ensure that by the end of each day, you have nurtured 150-200 warm contacts, building relationships that move leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Step-by-Step Training: Participate in provided training to ensure you fully understand company systems and processes, allowing for smooth integration into the team.

Technical Skills Requirements:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in lead generation and conversion.

  • CRM Proficiency: Basic proficiency in using CRM systems to track leads and sales activities is a plus. Training will be provided to familiarize you with the specific CRM system.

  • Shopify Familiarity: Some experience or willingness to learn how to create basic quotations and orders using Shopify is a plus.

  • Cold Calling Experience: Comfortable and confident in making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential customers.

  • Tech-Savvy: Minimal technical skills are required, but you must be comfortable using communication tools like Telegram and project management tools like ClickUp for team collaboration.

  • Experience in Home Decor or Real Estate: Prior experience in sales or customer engagement in the home decor, lighting, architecture, or real estate industry is a plus.

  • Proven Sales Track Record: A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Engagement: Successfully contact and nurture a high volume of cold leads daily as part of the pipeline building process.

  • Lead Conversion: Transition cold leads to warm contacts, nurturing them effectively to increase the likelihood of conversion.

  • Daily Communication: Maintain regular, high-quality communication with warm leads as part of the nurturing process, ensuring ongoing engagement and movement through the sales pipeline.

  • Sales Performance: Meet company-defined KPIs related to lead nurturing, contact rates, and sales conversions, with the ability to monitor progress through CRM and reporting tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $2000 per month

  • Commission: 1-3% of personal sales performance, paid on the first five days of the following month.

  • Leave: 30 calendar days of combined sick leave and vacation annually.
