We’ve spent the past 10+ years building technology in the live entertainment industry. Partnering with some of the biggest names in the business, we’ve become one of the largest and most sophisticated market makers in the space. Over the past three years, we’ve more than doubled in size each year. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Analyst to help us continue that growth trajectory.

This role isn’t your typical desk-bound analyst position. We operate in the fast-paced world of sports and entertainment ticketing, where data and decision-making power real-time buying and selling. If you’ve ever thought about how ticket prices shift moments after an injury report drops or a game time changes — that’s where we live.

The Opportunity

The Senior Analyst will help drive investment strategy, manage a portion of our trading portfolio, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize internal tools and processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and wants to take ownership of real-time, high-impact decision-making.

Important Note About Schedule

Because we buy and sell tickets around live events — especially sports — our peak business days are Wednesday through Sunday. This is not a traditional Monday–Friday job. Sunday in particular is a high-intensity day, especially during the NFL season, where you might be making decisions that impact the sale of hundreds of tickets in a matter of hours. For the right person, this is part of the thrill: fast, dynamic, and deeply tied to the moments fans care most about.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Strategy

• Own and actively manage a portion of our trading portfolio, with a focus on identifying and executing arbitrage opportunities
• Make real-time strategy shifts in response to changing market conditions
• Monitor performance, analyze risk, and optimize for ROI

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large datasets to extract insights that influence trading decisions
• Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities through rigorous data analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, leadership, and the revenue team to refine internal tools and strategies
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Research & Modeling

• Assist in designing dashboards and data models that guide our investment decisions
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of pricing trends and inefficiencies
• Contribute to the development of proprietary risk models and forecasting tools

Process Improvement

• Propose and implement automation and process enhancements to increase efficiency
• Document methodologies and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, quant, or trading analyst role
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis
• Experience in arbitrage trading, e-commerce pricing, crypto, or other alternative asset classes is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and a high standard of work quality
• Willingness to work occasional weekends to support live operations
