Reporting to various Tech leads, the Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within the company’s database systems, with a particular focus on Master Data Management (MDM) and Purchase Order (PO) creation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, as accuracy is crucial to prevent errors that could lead to significant operational issues.

Job Responsibilities:

● Marketing Analytics:

○ Lead marketing A/B test ideation, impact sizing, and measurement including long term impact on sales, margins and retention

○ Recommend campaign optimizations and new tactics to improve marketing efficiency

● Data Synthesis:

○ Collect and compile data from multiple sources and synthesize into cohesive results

● Data Analysis:

○ Utilize statistical methods and BI/Analytics tools to execute quantitative and qualitative analysis

○ Recommend business decisions to improve short or long term revenues

● Campaign Performance Evaluation:

○ Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement

● Report Generation and Dashboard development:

○ Create/develop clear and concise reports to aid in communicating key findings to marketing teams and other stakeholders

○ Ensure accurate data entry for some existing reports

○ Automate recurring reporting to reduce manual workload

Desired skills and experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a Data Insights role, with a focus on marketing data.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, Churn.
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, Churn, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced), including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, data cleaning, and visualization tools for marketing analysis.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on
  • responsibilities outside of main job requirements when necessary
  • Assertive, adaptable, and demonstrate initiative in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes, and procedures
  • Knowledge of Google Suite/ Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4, Universal Analytics) is preferred.
  • Experience with Attribution Models (MMM, LTA) is a plus.
