Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm WEST with some flexibility, Permanent
Pay Range : $1000 – $1500 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Duties and Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a self-directed, hyper-organized Social Media Manager & Content Strategist to lead and scale storytelling-driven content systems across multiple projects. You’ll sit at the center of an AI-enhanced creative workflow — using automation, smart tools, and emotional storytelling to launch and optimize high-volume, multi-platform campaigns.
This is not just about “posting content.” It’s about building semi-automated systems that tell emotionally resonant stories, at scale — across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll use tools like GPT-4, Pika, Runway, and Publer to generate, manage, and publish, while keeping storytelling and strategic intent at the core.
You’ll thrive here if you can think like a strategist, work like an operator, and create like a storyteller — all while orchestrating a machine that gets smarter over time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Systems Thinking
- Design and execute cross-platform content strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
- Build scalable frameworks rooted in transformation-first storytelling and faceless-brand personas.
- Integrate automation to boost efficiency, volume, and creative experimentation.
2. AI-Led Content Creation
- Lead ideation and review processes for AI-generated short-form content across video, image, and text.
- Collaborate on scripts, memes, and stories with emotional impact and platform-native tone.
- Ensure content is engaging, optimized, and consistent with the voice of each brand.
3. Publishing & Automation
- Manage a consistent publishing cadence of 28+ pieces per week across key social platforms.
- Maintain content libraries, approval systems, and repurposing loops to maximize reach.
- Continuously refine workflows for speed, clarity, and creative consistency.
4. Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with internal creatives, developers, and data teams at every step of the pipeline.
- Manage collaboration touchpoints from idea to launch, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Oversee influencer scripting and partner integrations as needed.
5. Performance & Iteration
- Track content performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
- Flag underperforming content and improve it through prompt refinement and testing.
- Identify patterns, tag learnings, and improve the system through constant iteration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Language requirement: English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- 3+ Years related experience in social media strategy, content systems, or digital storytelling.
- Deep familiarity with AI-powered content workflows and automation infrastructure.
- Strong instincts for copy and short-form video storytelling.
- Experience building emotional narratives and character-based brand voices.
- Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret performance data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Comfortable iterating based on audience signals and feedback loops.
- Love for meme culture, narrative psychology, or internet storytelling.
- Familiarity with SEO, audience growth tactics, or community-building strategies.
- Exploded organic traffic to the Looped app using 50+ TikTok accounts posting 1,000 times/day with AI content, to generate massive daily reach.
Tools Experience:
- AI Text + Video Tools: GPT-4, Runway, Pika, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Midjourney, Canva AI
- Scheduling & Automation: Publer, SocialBee, Zapier, Make
- Collaboration & Workflow: Google Docs, Notion, Slack
- Analytics & Feedback: Google Looker, Airtable, Notion widgets
Performance Goals:
- Publish and manage 28+ content pieces weekly across all platforms.
- Generate 1M+ engaged users across project properties over 12 months.
- Scale production with AI and automation while maintaining quality and emotional impact.
