Position : Social Media Virtual Assistant

Working Schedule : 8a-5p CST

Salary Range :$1,500-$1,800 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate’s level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Virtual Assistant to support our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing content schedules, engaging with followers, and assisting with digital marketing tasks to help grow our brand and online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to messages and comments in a timely manner.
• Conduct research on current trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare basic reports on social media performance.
• Research the market and create the ideas without guidance.
• Assist with Podcast creation and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3+  years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
• Social media experience (scripting, engagement, analytics, growth, monetization)
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms, tools, and scheduling software
• Experienced in HubSpot.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
